Connected manufacturing

Make your test station
part of the information flow.

Bring product identity, test execution and factory data together. Configure the connection around the systems and access boundaries your plant actually uses.

Industry 4.0 begins with a reliable connection between the physical test and its recorded result. A barcode identifies the unit. The selected test plan maps models and test flows to DUT positions. The sequence produces measurements, decisions and a final status.

At the instrument

Read measurements and responses through configured communication adapters. Preserve enough diagnostic context to investigate a failed step.

At the station

Track current execution, device readiness and production status. Store records for later search and analysis.

At the factory system

Use the agreed MES contract for pre-test validation and result exchange. Map the identity, model and result fields deliberately.

At the supervisor view

Share allowed production summaries and health information through the licensed Smart Factory Monitoring connection.

The MES connection links the station to the wider production route: the factory system can determine whether a unit is ready for testing and receive its outcome. Keep the same unit identity across that handoff so results remain useful beyond the test bench.

Smart Factory Monitoring provides secure, read-only reporting on a trusted local network. Administrators pair approved monitors and choose which scopes the station shares, such as production summaries, failure information, test history or device/MES status.

Licence required. Smart Factory Monitoring needs its entitlement and configuration. This local-network capability does not provide a public cloud endpoint, internet tunnel or remote control of test outputs.
  1. Choose the information needed

Identify which station results and health indicators production, quality and supervisors need to see.

  2. Assign responsibility

Agree who owns the station records, manages the MES connection and maintains the factory network.

  3. Define visibility

Decide which approved monitors may connect and which reporting scopes each station will share.

  4. Validate a representative station

Review the information available to each team on the approved local network before extending the setup.
