Camera processing, simultaneous device communication and report retention may require additional capacity. Validate the selected configuration with your intended station workload.

• Confirm the Windows 11 edition/build and compatible vendor drivers for the selected instruments. Provide the required ports, cables, adapters and supported commands.
• Reserve SSD space for the application, database, logs, reports, image evidence, backups, update staging and rollback copies. Production volume and retention determine ongoing storage needs.
• Plan network access for installation downloads, licence activation and checks, MES and shared report destinations. Validate display readability and Windows scaling at the station.

1. Confirm the PC and instruments

   Share the Windows edition/build, PC specification, device models and intended workflow with the team. Confirm the applicable licence and driver packages.

2. Prepare runtime and drivers

   Install Microsoft .NET 8 Desktop Runtime x64 and the required instrument drivers. Check that each instrument is visible through its manufacturer’s diagnostic tool where one is provided.

3. Use the Web Installer for a new station

   Download the approved BHARAT TEST SUITE Web Installer from the Downloads page. Start it normally under the intended Windows user; it requests Administrator approval for the required setup step.

4. Use UPDATE for an installed application

   Follow the in-app UPDATE workflow and the supplied installation guidance. Keep adequate free space for verified backups and rollback, then validate the station after updating.

Licence activation and online verification use the licensing service. An activated installation can continue offline only while its locally validated licence and assigned offline allowance remain valid. Offline availability is controlled by the issued policy; it is not an unlimited offline licence.

Before commissioning an isolated or restricted-network station, confirm the activation route, allowed offline operation and reconnection procedure with Raju Bros. Keep the Windows clock correct. A licence expiry, binding problem or exhausted offline allowance can prevent continued use.

MES connectivity and network report storage are separate requirements. Include their availability and failure handling in the station acceptance test.

• Run the intended number of DUT positions and connected instruments together, including the actual camera resolution and inspection operations when used.
• Measure complete cycle and handling times, memory use, CPU load and report-writing behaviour over repeated runs.
• Measure typical report and image size, then estimate retained test records from the expected daily production volume and retention period.
• Include database and application backups, staging space and recovery time in the storage plan.
• Record the approved Windows build, drivers, application version, PC specification and test conditions for the station handover.
