The enquiry composer

The website prepares an enquiry in your browser. The name, company, email, phone and requirements you enter are used to create the message preview. They are not submitted to a website database by this form.

Choosing “Open email app” passes the prepared message to your device’s configured email application. You decide whether to send it. Choosing “Copy text” or “Save text” places the enquiry on your clipboard or in a downloaded text file.

If you send an email to the company, the information you include is handled by the company and the relevant email providers for responding to your enquiry. Do not include credentials, keys, confidential firmware or sensitive customer data.

Website browsing

This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or a cookie-based account system. Fonts, icons and product images are served with the website rather than requested from a third-party font service.

The hosting service may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information and access time when serving the site. This is separate from the enquiry composer.

Downloads and external links

Downloading the public manual does not require an account. Links to other websites or email services are governed by those services’ practices.

Questions and requests

Contact the company by email for questions about information you have supplied or to request that an enquiry be corrected or removed where applicable. This website does not provide access to customer test-station databases.
